A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the City
I had the pleasure of staying at a historic mansion in the heart of St. Petersburg. The hotel's atmosphere transported me back in time to the rich history of Russia. The location was perfect, as I was able to explore all the major attractions within walking distance.
Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the small airco unit in the room and the single comforter on the bed, they did not detract from the overall experience.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options. The location was spot on, very close to key tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful which made the stay enjoyable.
Our room was very noisy as it faced the main street, it was nearly impossible to sleep. The cleaning staff did not replenish all the amenities each day and it could be a challenge to get it replaced.

Great location near major attractions and excellent staff. Restaurant offers unique and delicious dishes. Beautiful decor with character and class. Huge glass bottles and carafes of vodka add to the ambiance. Spacious rooms with high ceilings and a mix of antique and modern elements. Impressive bathrooms integrated into former palace rooms. Comfortable beds and nicely isolated rooms. Fresh water and coffee provided daily.

Had a great time in the city! the location was spot on, just a few steps from major attractions, which made it very convenient to explore. Loved the nice chocolates that were given out during the Easter weekend, and the free wifi was a pleasant surprise!
Some parts of the hotel experience fell a bit short. the room felt really cramped, not much space to move around.

All was spot on, nothing to improve.
